I always enjoy looking at people’s work area and studios… Mine is nothing fancy, but was asked to post a little something anyway.  So here goes.   I just have two pictures right now.  I’ll post more later… maybe I’ll have the hubby take a picture or two of me actually working on something in one or both my favorite spots and post those on here…. We’ll see,  I don’t usually like pictures of myself….  The initial pictures turned out really grainy for some reason, probably because my camera is rapidly failing.  Sorry for that!

The table you see is a series of interlocking pre-fab shelves that my Dad fashioned to interlock and hold together with hooked bungee cords.  The shelving extends about 6-8" on each side out from the edge of the pool table underneath making for heck of a large work surface.   This is where I wrap presents during the holidays too!  When I was first starting to bead I bought the fancy schmancy double layer boxes.... until I wised up and went to the sporting goods store and picked up inexpensive tackle boxes- ahhhhhh... more space, less money!  You can see trays of projects I'm working on, some finished projects, a tray of furnace glass, LOTS of containers filled with beads, the dart machine and a cocktail table with two of my husband's armoured helmets.

Same stuff diffferent view, only in the background you can see the hallway to go to the computer/craft room and upstairs.   I keep some rolling bead storage in the hall and you can vaguely see a big gray case on top on the bookshelves which are blocked by my rolling cabinets.  That case is filled with those black trays you see scattered on the table.... those black trays are filled with completed jewelry!  There are about 2 dozen trays in there and I have more to boot!  The tackey Target bag you see hanging from the doorknob is for my garbage as I finish projects.
