Spring Blossoms

This focal looks like encased spring! A gorgeous work of art by Krista Tseu, the focal is comprised of yellow and white flowers with spring green dancing in the background. Lots of clear glass encases the flowers each with a little bubble in their centers makes everything sparkle beautifully! I really wanted to set the focal off as much as possible, but still have the necklace live up to it. Five strands of carefully counted white seed beads with pale yellow and green sprinkled here and there anchor the focal and pick up the colors from each other. A sterling silver lobster claw and jump ring finish the back simply to not detract. Necklace measures 17” and can be lengthened by adding some chain, but cannot be shortened.

Fun and Funky

Shimmering purple discs of treated stone. The discs glint with colors of fuchsia, green, blue and purple. I wanted to pick up on those glimmers and strung each disc on an individual strand of color of it's own. More purple, alternating blue and green, and a bright streak of fuchsia all combine to make a statement all it's own. Sterling silver stardust rounds and lobster clasp finish the necklace which measures just shy of 16.

No real beads here, but something I simply couldn't resist putting together when I found each of the links! I LOVE moonstone! A teardrop moonstone cabochon pendant drops simply from the sterling chain spaced by more moonstones, square cabochons set on their tips. Finished with a final round cabochon set into the ‘S’ clasp. WOW! Do you love color?! This is the piece for you! A beautiful, hand-blown, hollow, Venetian focal anchors this necklace and inspires the colors that flash from every direction! The focal is swirled with aqua and amber coupled alternating with lime and ruby spaced with sparkling goldstone. I wanted to pull all these colors in and add architectural interest with shapes. I added handmade lampwork, furnace glass, Swarovski crystal and Czech glass in shades to match all based on black to allow the colors to shimmer and flash like fireworks in the night sky. Necklace measures 20.75 and is finished with a heavy serpentine toggle clasp.

I absolutely cannot take a picture good enough to do these beads justice! Deep green goldstone positively glisten from deep within. Simple, tiny, sterling beads space the stones to set them apart and allow them to shine. Two sizes gracefully finish the necklace to an ornate Victorian style silver toggle. Measures just a hair under 16.25.

Butterfly Tears

These teardrops may be a bit oversized to be butterfly tears, but I couldn't imagine a better name! Beautiful blue chalcedony glows from infinite teardrops clustered around a sterling Bali butterfly pendant. There’s a little extra wire showing on this because the teardrops need a little extra space to move. A sterling lobster clasp finishes the necklace and it measures 16.25.

Fairie Petals

I came upon this little beauty on accident at a local bead store. The lady on duty wasn't sure who the artist was, but I simply couldn't walk away! I kept it on my little tray of treasures thinking I'd probably put it back..... as you can see I didn't have the heart. It's just as difficult to give it up here!!! The focal is a deep purple cylinder adorned with flowers in pink, purple, lavender, and blue with swirling green vines in the background. Little bubbles are delicately encased in the center of each flower and give a delightful sparkle! Gorgeous aurora borealis Swarovski rondelles shimmer from either side while more Swarovski in tanzanite snuggle in. Additional teardrops of tanzanite are spacing the sterling chain used to set off the stunning focal. I added another crystal for interest in the back! This baby is adjustable up to 16.75”. If you want it close fitting and the dangle feels too long to suit the sterling spring ring is large enough to accommodate more then one link on it so you can loop the chain back up.
